Jacinthe Brossard

Jacinthe is a passionate person who has been working in the world of sport for many years. She headed up the structure of the first delegation to take part in the United World Games in 2023. She’s sure to lead the way in the preparation of this magnificent project, and to steer our delegations in the right direction for years to come!

Patric is the head of the largest organization in Dekhockey and has been working in sports travel for over 10 years! His expertise in the world of sport is a major asset for our organization. Thanks to these international contacts, he managed to obtain the license for our Canadian and Quebec athletes to participate in the United World Games. With Jacinthe, he was at the head of the first delegation that participated in the UWG. Recognized for his grandiose ideas and as a pioneer in the development of Dek hockey, he will be able to continue to support the president for several more years!

General Manager of the Quebec Dekhockey Program
Yanick Ménard

Yanick Menard was the logical choice to lead our Dekhockey program and set up a solid structure. Fully involved for several years in all aspects of junior dekhockey in Quebec, Yanick set up the Quebec Junior Dekhockey League this summer. We are convinced that Yanick will do whatever it takes to provide an incredible experience for our young players who will have the chance to compete on the other side of the continent!


Mathieu Hainault owner and general manager of the Granby Mustangs !A great motivator and very intelligent Dekhockey player, Mathieu has been in the business for a very long time and was our assistant coach for our U18 categories in 2023!He now acts as a contributor to the Dekhockey program.


General Manager, Ice Hockey Program

Samuel Fortier is the man we trust to put the best possible structure in place for our ice hockey program. Samuel is the owner of Optimize Sport and the general manager and head coach of a AAA junior club. He teaches young people full-time, so he has all the tools we need to put the best program together and make it a top performer!

Rugby Program Director
Morad Kellal

We are proud to introduce our Rugby Manager, Morad Kellal. Morad is a former rugby player in France. Holder of a BAC in physical education specific to rugby, recognized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and by the French Rugby Federation and in Canada, holder of the PNCE3 Competition-Development certificate from the ACE.
As part of these professional and voluntary activities in France, he is a sports educator, coach, trainer of coaches, technical director for various clubs and associations.
In addition, beyond the supervision of sports activities, these skills are are also oriented towards the organization of sports and educational projects.
Consultant and specialist in rugby for more than 20 years, he wishes to pass on his passion and experience to the service of young people.

Achievements In Quebec

  • More than 40 interventions involving 125 trained teachers, including 60 at the elementary level and 70 at the secondary level, as well as 650 students in various school boards in Quebec
  • Since 2011: Creation of the after-school program in two secondary schools: Massey-Vanier in Cowansville and Wilfrid-Léger in Waterloo
  • Since 2011: Rugby initiation session in the day camps of several municipalities: Cowansville, Granby, Lac Brome, Napierville, Racine, Roxton-Pond, Saint-Césaire, Saint-Pie, Sainte-Madeleine, Verchères
  • Since 2014: Creation of the female rugby sports concentration program at Massey-Vanier high school in Cowansville
  • Since 2016: Creation of a women’s and men’s rugby league – RSEQ Montérégie
  • NEW IN 2016: Introduction of flag rugby in the school environment through the training of teachers in physical education and through initiations in schools, day camps, leagues
  • Creation of a rugby club: Rugby Club Cowansville
  • Creation of a regional association: Association Régionale Rugby Richelieu-Yamaska
